One of my activities in the recent past has seen me, and still sees me, busy in research, publications, teaching and divulgation of topics related to natural sciences (marine in particular).
In 1999 I founded in Latina, together with other shareholders, the Tyrrhenian Popolar University of Natural Sciences, which still are vice-president and director of education. On behalf of the Cultural Association (www.uptsn.eu) I organized international exhibitions, photo contests and have carried out research in various European seas.
In 2004, the U.P.T.S.N. was on the Greek island of Zakynthos seabed for research on fish fauna, on the monk seal and the sea turtle Caretta caretta. For a month we immersed ourselves in those depths by sampling and analyzing the bentosfauna and pelagosfauna. They were later published numerous articles in scientific journals and not. This is one of those most explanatory of that experience.
